- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was in need of an emergency visit on a Saturday due to a couple broken teeth. Called Dr. Clemente early Saturday morning and he got back to me in about 30 minutes. About an hour after that I was in his office and out the door with the teeth removed. This was my first experience with Dr. Clemente. Really nice guy, super fast and virtually painless experience. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am super happy with my experience here! I had been dealing with the pain from a rotten tooth for 2 years. Originally, I was referred to Adirondack Oral and Maxo Surgeons by my home dental practice. Unfortunately, my first and only expererience with Adirondack lead to me being unprofessionally and unethically discharged from their practice. Apparently, being disappointed about not being able to have an extraction that day was instead seen as having a "bad attitude". When I attempted to report the incident to a supervisor, I was told that because they are a private practice, they can discharge any patient for any reason. What a message to send to patients: Medical care is contingent upon having a good attitude... Anyway, Dr. Clemente and his staff took excellent care of me. They were informative & honest, they took my concerns into consideration and I felt welcome there. I left with an appointment to return. Although my insurance doesn't cover their services 100 percent, paying their co pays are worth the service that I recieved.
